Terms of service

1. Who we are

ApriP7M (the “Service”, available at aprip7m.com) is an independent service (“we”, “us”). Sales are made by Paddle.com acting as Merchant of Record. For any communication, including legal notices, write to [email protected].

2. Purchases through Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle sells you the licence, collects the payment, issues the invoice or receipt, calculates and remits taxes (such as VAT) and handles order enquiries and returns. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

3. The Service

ApriP7M is a web application that opens digitally signed files (.p7m, .m7m, .tsd) and Italian FatturaPA e-invoices. Files are processed in your browser: documents are not transmitted to us or to third parties.

The free version lets you open one file at a time. The paid features (processing several files at once, ZIP of PDFs, Excel/CSV register) require a Pro licence.

4. Licences

The licence is represented by a key. When you activate it on a device, our licence server issues a signed certificate that the browser stores and checks locally; the certificate must be renewed periodically by visiting the Licence page. You may not share the key publicly, circumvent the licence limits or resell the Service.

If a payment is refunded or disputed (chargeback), the corresponding licence is deactivated.

5. Prices and taxes

Prices on the site are in euros. Taxes are calculated by Paddle based on the buyer’s country and status (consumer or business) and shown before payment.

6. Refunds and right of withdrawal

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, under the Refund policy. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. What the Service does not do

ApriP7M checks the cryptographic integrity of signatures and shows certificate details, but it does not perform a qualified verification: it does not consult the European trusted lists or certificate revocation lists. The invoice view and PDF are courtesy copies; the document with tax value is the original XML file. The Service does not provide tax or legal advice.

8. Availability and warranties

We strive to keep the Service working and accurate, but it is provided “as is”: we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or compatible with every file or browser. We recommend always keeping the original files. This does not affect the warranties that applicable law grants to consumers and that cannot be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any damage related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for indirect damage, loss of data or loss of profit. These limitations do not apply in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor to consumers’ mandatory rights.

10. Discontinuation of the Service

If we decide to discontinue the Service, we will announce it on the site with reasonable notice.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the date of the last update is shown at the bottom of the page. Material changes do not apply retroactively to licences already purchased.

12. Governing law

If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence apply in any case, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.

13. Contact

[email protected]. We usually reply within two working days.
